Gender communication quotient is related to the how men and women communicate with each other. People meet different persons daily, how they start a conversation or talk about their business deals to opposite gender is what related to common quotient. How both the genders behave and talk or discuss with each other in classes, offices, hospitals, public places. People often think men talk more than women, but it’s not true. Since women’s are the ones more touched other than men. But women are mostly guided by the men. Women’s are better in communicating since they speak using eye contact and use animated behavior while speaking to others. It differs according to the situation they are in. male while communicating can’t express their words as they want using their facial or body expressions.

Gender communication is considered very important in today’s world. Since women’s are hired more in most of the business firms. They are the ones who ask lot of question then men do. Mostly men are the ones who answer better than ask questions to others. So the communication is stronger in woman among the gender. Similarly in school female students are the ones praised more by teacher than the male student. Since their way of communication and their dedications towards the works earns them their praises. Female managers are considered better communication then most of the male managers in business firms.
