The non-verbal communication between genders is considered as the powerful way of conveying a message than using a verbal communication between the genders. Since the non-verbal message is the one which provides almost sixty-five percentage of the meaning then the verbal communication of the message to another person. So, offices use mostly non-verbal communication to convey the messages.

The men and women both will serve to use each other’s communication with their styles. The women use masculine style to communicate with men. The women will act as man in the traditional of the man’s business. Like this the women suppresses their authenticity in the long run. This harm’s them more than good. This communication becomes challenge for men. We start communicating with our style then others will also start communicating in there own styles. The women always collect details for backup purpose. While talking to men or women we should avoid question and apologies. Men don’t bond the process the same way women do. It makes them to feel uncomfortable so they will look like weak. We should we clear that what we are speaking to them. While talking to them we should not be nervous with our thoughts.

We should communicate our success to others otherwise our skill be will be underestimated. Women’s have weakness that they display their emotions. So men will take this as an advantage. Men and women should take decision independently otherwise they will lack back of confidence in there decisions. Men and women both should not say I am sorry because this will show their weakness.  We should take credit for our accomplishments or others will take it. If we are stuck in any other matters we should ask others for help. We should ask others to do our job done. Both men and women will improve there relationship by communicating in there own way. While talking to women or men we have to communicate with the visions. Men should ask women’s for there opinion. We should underestimate any woman or men because they are not talking about there accomplishments. Men should watch the non-verbal languages to make confuse the women. Men should say thanks or thank you to women for their demand less. We should not think that women’s are softer styles but they are different then our style. Men should speak directly to women but not through the eye contact.
