Language gender and communication
Women and men, men and women. It will never work. One of the top challenges facing progression of women involves the differences in communication between men and women in charge. However communication is also a test for lots of men whether men are in taking control or not.
Both men and women should be well treated to use each one’s communication approach - in control. By no way should women use a manly style fully, or vice versa. Furthermore, one of the most negative behaviors many women implement is attempting to become “one of the boys” to suit themselves into the conventionally man’s field which is business. Doing so holds back their genuineness and in the long term, this will does much more damage than good.
In addition, for those who may stand up at the idea to ever use an approach other than their own; it is suggest to just merely re-framing the view: Is not this a weave to the Golden Rule such as treating other individuals as you would like to be treated? For example, if you prefer to be communicated with in your way, imagine that other individuals also would like you to communicate with them in their way.

TIPS FOR WOMEN COMMUNICATING WITH MEN: Try to reduce personal problems and disclosure. Men do not link and practice the same way women do. This action will make them tight and they possibly will view it as unstable and weak.
Always handle conflict directly and respectfully, with understanding. However, be obvious, straight to the point, but not bad-mannered or abrupt. What is more, if you are anxious about an approaching confrontation, try to write out your feelings to focus and clarify them.
Make some conclusions independently. Rather than constantly asking other individual for their view for consensus’ sake. Men always see this as indecisiveness and lack of self-confidence.
TIPS FOR MEN COMMUNICATING WITH WOMEN: Try to be friendly and place in a little private disclosure. Research concerning employees’ preferences for a feminine or masculine way of management constantly proves the latter is more efficient and favored by both gender. Always maintain straight but not regular eye contact. Women recognize lack of eye contact as disinterest in listening and intentional avoidance.
Try to ask women for their opinions and input. When you do not ask them, women will think you do not appreciate their contributions and thoughts.
