Define gender communication

There are hardly any American communicate with many types of persons of both genders such as U.S Army chaplain assistants and chaplain as they communicate with each other, as well as provide lots of religious support to civilians, family members, soldiers and worldwide. Their orientation and roles to people frequently give them unique insights in the world of communication. Due to the observations, it may be quite useful to gender, male and women.
Men usually are pragmatic to come hastily to they want to make, while women prefer to use more detail in leading to the upper point. Men can be impatient when they search for something or lose interest in communicating with women. Women are easily offended or frustrated if they are interrupted by men.

Women usually use two methods to communicate more efficiently in talking with men. Firstly, women will begin with the bottom line or the point if it is possible. Secondly, they skip over any pointless detail.

However, men can desist from interrupting or try not to interrupt immediately. Men mostly cannot expect that any women will interrupt or interfere when they are doing the talking.
Many women are taught and trained to be pleasant and smile to others from childhood. Smiles of encouragement, interest, and good will by either women or men, yet, can be understood as a deal with what is being said. It is essentially to be honest and direct in conversation especially when a person’s smile does not signify approval or agreement.

Furthermore, it is known that men regularly talk ‘at’ women but not ‘with’ them. There is one chaplain assistant has a habit of occasionally bringing whole staff members who were concerned into a common conversation at a suitable location in the office. At random interval, early in the morning, he will introduce a comment or question on main event or other objective issue on which anyone will be able to give opinion or information. As the staffs shared the conversation, they finally grew to respect and know each other of their backgrounds. After all, they become more ready to provide their insights and information on work-related issues as well as close teamwork among the staff developed.

The senior chaplain has encouraged teamwork among his workers through regular roundtable discussions of projects. This practice also makes sure everyone capture the same information and capable to do the assigned task in a good teamwork.
